What are the special snacks in Jiangning?
1. Salted duck is a famous specialty of Jiangning Lake. It is said that it has a history of more than 300 years. In the Qing Dynasty, as a tribute to the Palace, it was called "tribute duck", and officials often gave salted ducks as gifts to each other.
2. Dongshan old goose belongs to Jinling cuisine, which means to chop the goose into pieces and stew it with potato pieces. Because of its unique practice, it first came from dongshan town, Jiangning, Nanjing, so it was named Dongshan Old Goose.
3. The coat color of braised duck is different. White-gray duck feathers have brown pockmarks, hence the name, and the taste of ducks is better than that of ordinary ducks.
