The former site of Fujian Provincial Party Committee (Sakhalin Island) is located in Daiyun Mountain, the roof of central Fujian, Shuikou Town, Dehua County, at the foot of Niu Shan in the southeast, and Kunban Village at the junction of Yongtai and Xianyou. It is more than 900 meters above sea level, surrounded by mountains and ravines, and the terrain is dangerous. It is a remote village with extremely bad environmental conditions, March 1944. It is the only former site of the provincial party Committee in southern Fujian, with a glorious revolutionary history and glorious revolutionary tradition. As one of the famous old revolutionary areas in Fujian Province, there was a raging revolutionary fire and many brilliant historical chapters were written here.

Banli Village in Shuikou Town is located at the eastern end of Dehua, at the junction of Yongchun, Xianyou and Youxi counties. It was once the former site of Fujian Provincial Committee. 1in the autumn of 943, the Kuomintang die-hards stepped up their attack on northern Fujian. At that time, the provincial party Committee in central Fujian was very difficult. In order to open up the situation and get rid of the predicament, the central Fujian Provincial Party Committee made a strategic decision to move the provincial party Committee to central Fujian in accordance with the important instructions of the CPC Central Committee on "being hidden and capable". At the end of the year, the provincial party Committee moved to Qingxi Village, Yongtai. In March of the following year, the provincial party committee and the Fujian-China Special Committee were successively transferred from Yongtai Qingxi to Niuliaogou, Sakhalin, Dehua. In May, the main force of the provincial party committee and the armed forces who arrived in advance joined forces in Sakura, successfully completing the important task of the provincial party committee's southward migration, and Sakura became the command center for the provincial party committee to lead the anti-Japanese and anti-stubborn struggle.

In the most difficult era of our party's revolutionary struggle, the people of Saka overcame all kinds of difficulties at all costs, and even took practical actions to destroy their homes and alleviate difficulties to fight against Japan and obstinacy. They actively delivered food and vegetables to the provincial party Committee and kept it confidential, which ensured the life safety of the provincial party Committee and guerrilla commanders and made indelible contributions to the work of the provincial party Committee in Saka for nearly four months.

1943, when the Kuomintang die-hards wantonly "encircled" the revolutionary base areas, the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China moved from northern Fujian to central Fujian in order to conceal its strength. In February of the same year, Lin Dafan, secretary of the Central Fujian Working Committee, led more than 20 guerrillas to Maocuo and Sakhalin Island. 1944 from the end of the month to February, the guerrillas of the provincial party Committee came to cherry blossoms one after another. 18 bamboo shed and two playgrounds were built on the dog-shaped mountain in Banli Niuliaokeng. After the provincial party committee moved to Sakhalin Island, it established several base areas in Tahi, Yan Yong and Ba Du in Nan 'an, linking the bases in northern Fujian, northeastern Fujian, Fuzhou, Yongtai, Datian, Puxian and Jinnanhui in central Fujian. During this period, Banli Village once became the center of revolutionary activities in the whole province. The provincial party committee held a provincial party committee meeting here to study the rectification documents and set up the publication "Stubborn Strugglers". Counterfeit money seized by guerrilla raids on Bank of Communications of Hanjiang River in Putian County was also brought to Sakhalin, which was distributed by the provincial party committee to underground party organizations in northern Fujian, northeastern Fujian and Fuzhou respectively, and was once contacted by radio with the Central Committee of China. And organize the people in Maocuo and Banli villages to resist taxes. Provincial organs lived in Sakakou for four months,1June, 944, and moved to Xianyou East Lake in three batches.

In July 2002, the former site of the provincial party committee (office) was named as the third batch of municipal patriotism education bases in Quanzhou. Since the opening of the exhibition hall, the people in the old district have provided visitors with visiting services and voluntary explanations every day. Party organizations at all levels, party member, the masses and primary and secondary school students have come to the exhibition hall to pay tribute to the heroic spirit of the martyrs and receive revolutionary tradition and patriotic education.
