Xinyi City is located in the southwest of Guangdong Province, north of Maoming City, bordering Yang Chun City in the east, Gaozhou City in the south, Beiliu City and Rongxian County in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in the west, and luoding city in the north.
