Huzhou slow silk is exported to the whole country and the world with its exquisite quality, enjoying the reputation of "clothes and quilts are the best in the world", and it has also experienced difficulties and twists. Taking history as a mirror, reviewing the historical road of Huzhou silk development is of great significance for revitalizing China's traditional industries and carrying forward the silk culture of the motherland. Zhao Gu, a famous painter and calligrapher in Yuan Dynasty, once wrote in "Five Elements Fu": "Sang Ma is like a cloud on the ground, full of melancholy clouds". There was a poet in the Ming Dynasty who wrote the sentence "The suburbs of Sang Rou are green" in his poems about lakes. Both of them vividly summarize the wild mulberry forests and lush green leaves everywhere in Huzhou in spring, showing the economic characteristics of Huzhou sericulture plantation and the special scenery of the hometown of sericulture.
