Working principle and structure of air suspension blower-brief introduction
1. Principle: The blower operates eccentrically through the eccentric rotor in the cylinder, so that the volume between blades in the rotor slot changes to suck in, compress and spit out air. During operation, the pressure difference of the blower is used to automatically convey the lubricating oil to the drip nozzle and drip it into the cylinder, so as to reduce friction and noise and keep the gas in the cylinder from flowing backwards. This kind of fan is also called vane fan.
2. Function: The conveying medium of the blower is mainly clean air, clean gas, sulfur dioxide and other inert gases. Other flammable, explosive, corrosive, toxic and special gases can also be produced and transported as required. Therefore, it can be widely used in metallurgical, chemical, fertilizer, petrochemical, food, building materials, petroleum, mining, textile, gas station, pneumatic conveying, sewage treatment and other industrial departments, and can be divided into general fans, dust removal fans, industrial ventilation fans, boiler induced draft fans, mining fans and so on according to their uses.
