In 1960s, the main theme of China's diplomacy and the pattern of its foreign relations were: overthrowing American imperialism and Soviet revisionism. So it's called: two punches.
2. "A large area, a line"-"A line" refers to drawing a strategic line from the United States to Japan, China, Pakistan, Iran, Turkey and Europe according to the approximate latitude, and uniting countries outside this "line" (this is a large area) to compete with the Soviet Union with the greatest ambition.
Foreign policy in 1950s;
1, "Start a new stove"-that is, break completely with the humiliating diplomacy of old China, do not recognize the diplomatic relations established by old China with other countries, and establish new diplomatic relations with other countries on a new basis.
2. "Treat guests after cleaning the house"-that is, after thoroughly removing the imperialist privileges and remnants left over from old China, invite guests in to prevent the enemy from "drilling in" to make trouble.
3, "one-sided"-that is, to the socialist side.
