Zeng Shiqiang: What is the "Mandate of Heaven"?

In traditional Chinese culture, "fate of heaven" is a very important concept, especially in ancient times, various natural phenomena of the mystery, has not yet been effectively explained, people will often take for granted that a variety of phenomena behind, in fact, there is an unseen hand in the manipulation, and so the people will be this manipulation of the ability, called "Tao" or "heavenly destiny". This is why they call this control the "Tao" or the "Mandate of Heaven".

Let's take the life of a human being as an example.

Everything that happens to a person from birth to death is both accidental and inevitable.

However, both contingency and necessity are incomprehensible to people, and so it is customary to attribute this unexplained phenomenon to fate.

The so-called destiny, from this point of view, is also the "fate".

During the Spring and Autumn Period, Confucius also said that he knew his destiny at the age of fifty - when Confucius was fifty years old, he already knew that there were some things that could not be changed by human beings. He knew that there were some things that man could not change, so he became more open, that is to say, he "did not go beyond the limits of what his heart desired".

So, does the "Mandate of Heaven" really exist?

This is the first time I've ever seen a person with a high degree of autonomy, and I've never seen a person with a low degree of autonomy.

In fact, the so-called "Mandate of Heaven", with the words of the national master Zeng Shiqiang, that is:

"Mandate of Heaven, who have, innate brought to modify the part is your Mandate of Heaven"

To wit, "Mandate of Heaven", "Mandate of Heaven", "Mandate of Heaven", "Mandate of Heaven" is a part of the "Mandate of Heaven", "Mandate of Heaven". As mentioned above, Mr. Tsang's talk of "heavenly mandate" is somewhat similar to the "heavenly principle" in Yangming's philosophy of mind - every human being has the same heavenly principle as the saints in his heart.

And "Mandate of Heaven" is the same in Mr. Tsang's view.

Therefore, in Mr. Tsang's view, "the Mandate of Heaven" is not something unknowable, but it is manifested in every human being, only that people do not realize it.

Second, the "Mandate of Heaven" is the part of the innate brought to modify

Ancient people say: "Mandate of Heaven" is difficult to disobey.

The idea is that it is difficult to go against the "Mandate of Heaven", but it does not mean that the "Mandate of Heaven" can not be violated.

For example, Mr. Zeng Riqiang believes that the "Mandate of Heaven" is the part brought by the innate to be modified, that is to say, everything we encountered or experienced in our life is to make up for the insufficient part of the "Mandate of Heaven".

In other words, the purpose of our life is to make up for the defective part of our "heavenly destiny" and to restore it to its original state of perfection.

Third, the fact that everyone's life is different reflects the fact that the Mandate of Heaven has exactly the same attributes

We know that there is no one who is exactly the same, and there is no life that is exactly the same.

Why?

Because each person's "destiny", although originally not different, but due to some unknown reasons, resulting in different disabilities, so people need to make up for different disabilities through different life.

This is the fundamental reason why everyone's life is not exactly the same, and this is also the meaning of the manifestation of "Divine Order" through life.

So, these three elements are what Mr. Tsang refers to as "destiny".
