I. Awareness and gains

Second, the existing gaps and shortcomings:

Third, the reason analysis

Busy with professional work, calm down and study theory, think less, stick to it better at ordinary times, and can't do it well when the work is multi-tasking and heavy, so that learning can't become a daily habit. The combination of theoretical study and practical work is not close enough and the naturalness is not strong enough. I am only satisfied with what I have learned, but I have not been able to study with questions, study with practice and think deeply.

Second, the requirements for work standards are not high enough, the study of business is not detailed and in-depth, and there is a lack of innovative spirit in the work.

Third, the cultivation of party spirit is not conscious enough, and efforts are not enough to establish a scientific world outlook, outlook on life and values. They lack the courage to criticize and self-criticize, and can't always clean up their thoughts and reflect on their actions.

Fourth, the rectification measures

First, strengthen the study of political theory and improve their own quality. Problems and shortcomings in strengthening historical consciousness

I have seriously reflected on my own situation from the aspects of thought, style, work and discipline, and feel that there are many shortcomings. First, the ideological aspect.

Question 1. Ideological and theoretical study is not deep enough. Sometimes I'm just busy with some specific work and I'm not conscious enough to study in my spare time. When I am busy, I will study for a while, and sometimes I will read newspapers and headlines. As a result, I don't understand some theoretical problems, especially some new theoretical problems, so that my theoretical level can't be improved as soon as possible.

Second, style.

Question 1. Modesty and prudence are not consistent enough. For example, there is complacency in honesty and self-discipline. If you don't know enough, you always think that you have done a good job and have been praised by superior leaders and relevant departments many times. We never dare to do anything that exceeds the standard and violates the contract, and we have no conditions to do it. This unconsciously produces complacency, so that there is no higher requirement for honesty and self-discipline.

Reasons: First, I don't know enough about the rules of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection on honesty and self-discipline, and I don't know enough about the basic requirements of the guidelines for cadres in party constitution and party member. Second, the style of seeking truth and being pragmatic is not solid enough, and the idea of being content with the status quo exists to varying degrees.

Question 2: Criticism and self-criticism are not done enough. The reasons are: first, the ideological understanding is not in place, and the whole climate is the same at present, and serious criticism and self-criticism may not solve the problem; Second, the understanding is one-sided and vague, fearing that criticism will affect unity and affect the enthusiasm of comrades. Rectification measures:

1. Raising the awareness of criticism and self-criticism is one of the three excellent styles of work of our party, and we can't lose it at any time.

Question 3: Sometimes the working methods are not appropriate and strategic enough, especially the criticism of leading group members and responsible comrades in departments, and sometimes the methods are not enough. Reasons: First, I don't know enough about the importance of leadership methods and art, and always think that my guiding ideology is good, but comrades will understand each other only if the methods are lacking. Second, leading the study of scientific knowledge is not enough. Rectification measures:

2. Third, work.

Problem 2: the reform of administrative logistics is not strong, and the management of water and electricity, vehicles, services and safety is weak, which leads to loopholes and mistakes in some work. Reason: As for administrative logistics, I think it is enough to have comrades who are in charge of this work. The result is not asking questions in time, not giving specific guidance, and urging is ineffective. Rectification measures:

1, further strengthen study, improve ideological understanding, enhance professionalism and sense of responsibility, and firmly establish the idea of serving the people wholeheartedly.

2, further establish and improve the relevant rules and regulations, strengthen management, and constantly improve the ideological, political and professional quality of relevant personnel, so that the administrative logistics work can better serve all comrades. 2. Give full play to everyone's enthusiasm and creativity, and solve things that can be done without or with less money as soon as possible.

3. Learn from advanced civilized units, find out the gap by comparing with advanced ones, increase the pressure, and work hard to make the spiritual civilization construction of this unit reach a new level.

4. Appropriately increase investment in spiritual civilization construction. In practical work, some funds should be squeezed out of office funds for "office automation, greening and beautification".

Fourth, discipline.

Question 1. The lack of regular organizational discipline education makes some comrades have a weak sense of organizational discipline and insufficient consciousness of observing discipline. They are late, leave early or take extra leave. If left unchecked, it will affect unity and is not conducive to the smooth completion of work tasks.

Rectification measures:

1.
