Daoxiang Village (Suzhou) originated from 1773 (thirty-eight years of Qingganlong), and has been called "Suzhou Daoxiang Village Tea Shop" for 248 years. When Emperor Qianlong went down to the south of the Yangtze River, he ate cakes in Daoxiang Village, Suzhou, praised them as "delicious food" and inscribed a plaque, which became famous all over the world. Daoxiang Village adheres to the "artisan spirit" in products, and the traditional handicraft skills have been passed down from generation to generation through the way of "master with apprentice", which has been passed down to the sixth generation since its establishment.
