Motion characteristics of springboard
As a traditional national sport, Korean women can be seen jumping on the springboard in major celebrations in Korean-inhabited areas and sports meetings in slack season. Springboard equipment is mainly composed of two parts: board and pad. The board is made of tough and elastic wood, with a length of 5-5.5m, a width of 30-40cm and a thickness of 5-6cm. The height of the mat is about 30 cm, and it is placed in the middle of the springboard with a fixed weight. During the springboard competition or performance, the two ends of the boards of the two sub-stations alternately pedal and take off at will, and the body is lifted by the self-elastic force of the high jump landing, and the higher the better. The main movements are straight jump, leg bending jump, scissors jump, rotation jump, body bending jump and so on. The main equipments are fans, garlands, ribbons, tambourines, etc. With the continuous development of the springboard event, more gymnastics moves are introduced, which makes the springboard event more difficult and exciting, and becomes a sport with stronger appreciation, entertainment and fitness.
