Classification of hair straightener

1) hair straightener can be divided into ceramic heater, PTC heater and MCH heater according to different heaters. The advantages of ceramic heater are environmental protection and rapid temperature rise. Generally, the surface temperature of plywood can reach 200 degrees in 30 seconds to 45 seconds. However, because the ceramic heating element is sintered at a high temperature above 1000 degrees, the temperature of the circuit will quickly exceed 300 degrees after it is out of control, burning the plastic material that fixes the heating plate, causing the heating plate to fall off, and may contact the user and burn the skin.

PTC is the abbreviation of positive temperature coefficient, which translates to positive temperature coefficient, or PTC thermistor for short. PTC is also sintered at high temperature, but the highest surface temperature can be controlled during sintering. According to the requirements of the manufacturer, the surface can be sintered to below 280℃ or any temperature that the manufacturer wants, generally to 230℃ to 280℃. But its disadvantage is that the speed of heating up to 200 degrees is slow, usually about one and a half minutes or two minutes. In addition, in use, it can't keep a high temperature like ceramic heating elements. The effect of straightening hair is slightly worse.

2) Hair straightener can be divided into pure ceramic heating plate, aluminum plate with ceramic glaze sprayed on its surface and microcrystalline glass plate according to the different materials of heating plate. The advantages of ceramic heating plate are environmental protection, good insulation and good safety, but the disadvantages are long processing cycle and many processing links, and because the edge is smooth, it will be slightly brushed when straightening.

The advantage of spraying ceramic glaze on aluminum plate is that it is easy to produce. In addition, due to mechanical molding, the edge is smooth and will not pull the hair. Because the surface is sprayed with ceramic glaze, the napping effect is also very good. The disadvantage is that because it is metal, it is not insulated, so the internal heating elements should be insulated to avoid potential safety hazards caused by leakage.

Glass-ceramic plate is rarely used, mainly because its surface smoothness is not as good as that of ceramic glaze, so it is not easy to form and fix, and the product structure needs to be redesigned.

3) Hair straighteners are divided into V-type and X-type. X-type was popular in the early days, and V-type was more popular recently. Because V-shaped hair straightener can not only straighten hair, but also curl it, so more and more hairdressers use it to curl their hair.

4) Hair straightener can be divided into wired hair straightener and wireless charging hair straightener according to different power sources. Wired hair straightener is a hair straightener that is powered by connecting the mains. The wireless charging hair straightener charges the rechargeable battery through the charger and uses the battery as the power supply. The advantage of wired hair straightener is that it can work continuously. The disadvantage is that if the hair straightener is not properly controlled in design and production, there will be potential safety hazards. In addition, it will be inconvenient to use the power cord and carry it. The advantages of wireless hair straightener are: first, it is safe, because it is a tributary power supply, and second, it is convenient to travel and carry. However, the disadvantage of wireless hair straightener is that it can only work for 30 minutes to 1 hour after each charge.

5) Hair straightener can be divided into wide plate, medium plate, narrow plate and mini type according to size.

Generally, the length and width of wide hair straightener are 90MM, the length and width of medium hair straightener are 90MM and 24MM, the length and width of narrow hair straightener are 80-90MM and 13- 14MM respectively, and the length and width of mini hair straightener are 60MM and 14MM respectively.

6) Hair straightener can be divided into ordinary type and dry-wet type according to the type of napping. Ordinary hair straighteners must blow dry before pulling, and wet and dry hair straighteners can wet hair. There must be 8- 10 air holes in the hair straightener for both wet and dry purposes, so that water can turn into steam and emerge from the air holes.

7) Classification of voltage and export countries: plugs include China plugs, European plugs, American plugs (American leakage protection plugs), Australian plugs, Japanese plugs, German plugs, South African plugs and British plugs. Voltage: 1 10V-240V is also universal, only for a certain country, with a specific voltage or current.
