How to make preserved beef and recipe

Method of making preserved beef:

1. Prepare 500g of beef, 5g of salt, 10ml of cooking wine, 5ml of soy sauce and 2g of five-spice powder.

2. Cut the beef into large pieces and marinate it with salt, cooking wine, soy sauce and five-spice powder to taste.

3. Tie the marinated beef tightly with cotton thread and poke some small holes on the surface of the meat with a toothpick to make the meat more flavorful.

4. Hang the corned beef in a ventilated area to dry the surface and prevent flies from biting.

5. Steam the corned beef in a steamer and let it cool before slicing and serving.
