Basic characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine
1, the first is its overall concept, that is, the human body is an organic whole.
2. The second is his dialectical treatment. This is the basic principle for TCM to recognize and treat diseases. Chinese medicine is gradually summed up by the Chinese nation in thousands of years of social practice. Traditional Chinese medicine is different from modern medicine, and there are some contradictions in many concepts of treating diseases. Now people gradually accept Chinese medicine, especially in chronic diseases. Traditional Chinese medicine has achieved remarkable results through slow conditioning.
Basic definition:
Guided by the theory of Yin-Yang and Five Elements, TCM studies the physiological and pathological pharmacology of human body and its relationship with the natural environment from the perspective of dynamic whole, and seeks the most effective methods to prevent and treat diseases.
Because of this, any theory, if it does not have the characteristics of the overall concept, is not a complete sense of Chinese medicine. If it is not dynamic, then this theory does not fully grasp the true meaning of traditional Chinese medicine.
