3. If it is single-on and double-control, then the monopole is connected with the live wire and the control wire respectively. The other two terminals in the switch box are respectively connected with two terminals in another switch box through overflow grooves.

4. For the socket with switch, just connect one end of the terminal in the switch to the live wire, and the other end will use an equal-diameter wire as a jumper to connect to the live wire of the socket.

Composition of switching power supply

Switching power supply consists of four parts: main circuit, control circuit, detection circuit and auxiliary power supply.

1, main circuit

Surge current limit: limit the surge current at the input side at the moment when the power supply is turned on.

Input filter: its function is to filter the clutter existing in the power grid and prevent the clutter generated by this machine from being fed back to the power grid.

Rectification and filtering: the AC power supply of the power grid is directly rectified into a smoother DC power supply.

Inverter: converts the rectified DC into high-frequency alternating current, which is the core part of high-frequency switching power supply.

Output rectification and filtering: provide stable and reliable DC power supply according to load requirements.

2. Control circuit

On the one hand, sampling from the output end, comparing with the set value, and then controlling the inverter to change its pulse width or pulse frequency to make the output stable; On the other hand, according to the data provided by the test circuit, after being identified by the protection circuit, the control circuit is provided to carry out various protection measures for the power supply.

3. Detection circuit

Provide various parameters and various instrument data in the operation of the protection circuit.

4. Self-provided power supply equipment

Software (remote) startup of power supply is realized to supply power for protection circuit and control circuit (PWM and other chips).

It is a dual power switch with perfect performance, high degree of automation and wide application range.

Dual power switches are widely used in hospitals, airports, docks, fire protection, metallurgy, chemical industry, textiles and other important places where power failure is not allowed, so as to realize unattended continuous power supply.

How to connect the dual power switch in kind?

First of all, determine whether to use automatic wiring mode or automatic manual wiring. If it is fully automatic wiring, first connect 10 1 and103; Connect 104 and 105, then connect 106 and 303, 106 and 305, then connect1kloc-0/and 302, and finally connect 20 1. This is a fully automatic connection mode.

How to connect the automatic switch of dual power supply?

First, when wiring, pull the common power supply N into the common power supply executive circuit breaker QN, and the standby power supply R is connected with the standby power supply executive circuit breaker QR.

2. When QN and QR are four-pole circuit breakers, the connection mode shall be as per the wiring diagram, in which 1, 3 and 5 of QN and QR are three-phase incoming terminals, 2, 4 and 6 are three-phase outgoing terminals, 7 is neutral incoming terminal and 8 is neutral outgoing terminal.

Thirdly, if the circuit breaker is a three-pole circuit breaker, the zero line NN of the common power supply (N) and the zero line NR of the standby power supply (R) must be connected to the zero line end of the three-pole special wiring at the same time.

Fourthly, the working power of the automatic controller of dual-power transfer switch is taken from the incoming terminal and zero line of circuit breakers QN and QR. If a three-pole circuit breaker is selected for the circuit breaker, two neutral lines NN and NR must be connected, and the neutral line end of the three-pole special wiring is in the middle of the two circuit breakers.
