The output can also reach 10-30 kg per hour, and various materials such as grain and Chinese herbal medicines can be ground into uniform powder of 50-200 meshes.

820 mill is also a small grain mill, and there is no screen, so the feeding speed and discharging thickness of the mill can be adjusted. But also suitable for various dry Chinese medicinal materials and various food crops.

When grinding materials with high sugar content (such as red dates, kumquat slices, medlar, etc. ), materials with high sugar content need to be baked, dehydrated or frozen for more than an hour before grinding, and only need to be ground once.

4.860W water-cooled mill

On the basis of the original 860 water-cooled mill, water interlayers are designed on the outer wall and bottom of the mill cavity, and spacer sleeves are arranged in the interlayer to ensure that water can circulate without dead ends. The water pump circulates and cools in the interlayer. Low-temperature grinding can retain the nutritional value of grain, which is not easy to be burnt and reduces waste.

Working principle of the mill:

After the material is crushed to the required particle size, it is sent to the storage hopper by the hoist, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the main engine of Raymond Mill by the vibrating feeder. Due to the centrifugal force during rotation, the grinding roller swings outward and presses on the grinding ring, and the shovel scoops up the material and sends it between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, so as to achieve the purpose of grinding due to the rolling of the grinding roller.

The pulverized fine powder of the material is brought into the analyzer along with the circulating wind of the blower for sorting, and the excessively fine and coarse materials fall back for re-crushing, and the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone powder collector of the finished product along with the airflow and is discharged through the powder outlet pipe, thus obtaining the finished product.

In the raymond mill mill room, because there is certain moisture in the ground material, heat is generated during the grinding process, water vapor evaporates, and the joints of all pipes of the whole machine are not tight, so that the pressure of circulating air is increased, which ensures the mill to work under negative pressure. The increased air flow is discharged into the dust collector through the residual air duct and then into the atmosphere after purification.
