How many kinds of Erguotou are there in Beijing?

There are five brands of Beijing Erguotou, Niulanshan Erguotou, Kyoto Erguotou, Beijing Qianmenlou Erguotou, Hongxing Lanping Erguotou and Beijing Yongfeng Erguotou.

1, Niulanshan Erguotou

Niulanshan Erguotou, the sect of Erguotou. As the representative of Beijing liquor, Erguotou has a history of more than 800 years. When Shi Jing winemakers steam wine, they serve the first pot as the "head", discard the third pot as the "tail", and "pinch the head and remove the tail to get the middle", only taking the second pot for expensive brewing. Niulanshan Erguotou passed down from generation to generation won the "National Erguotou Certificate of Origin" on September 4th, 2002.

2. Kyoto Erguotou

The history of Erguotou Distillery in Kyoto can be traced back to more than 300 years ago. Nanyuan, Beijing, has been listed as a royal garden since the Yuan Dynasty and is a hunting place for emperors. In order to meet the emperor's need for drinking while hunting, local people began to make wine, so Nanyuan was called Millennium Wine Town.

3. Erguotou of Beijing Qiangatehouse

Beijing Qianmenlou Erguotou has a long history of brewing. In the mid-Qing Dynasty, in order to improve the quality of shochu, Shi Jing shochu workshop underwent technical transformation. When used as a cooler when steaming wine, it is called a tin pot, also known as a pot.

Beijing Yongfeng Erguotou Liquor Co., Ltd. was established in August 2002,1June 949 in the state-owned Beijing Daxing Distillery. According to the General History of Beijing, Daxing Winery has a long history of more than 800 years.
