Problems and Countermeasures in Grass-roots Social Governance

Legal analysis: the degree of socialization of social governance is low. Industry autonomous organizations and mass organizations (public welfare) are not fully developed, and many matters that should be managed by industry autonomy depend on the government to increase investment in people and property. This is unsustainable, which not only increases administrative costs, but also makes it impossible for the government to manage them well. The government can't win the world in social governance, and the infinite increase of people and property can't solve the problem, forming a vicious circle. Social governance should do everything possible to improve the level of socialization, reduce administrative costs, maximize governance effects and minimize governance costs.

Legal basis: Article 3 of the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * People's Republic of China (PRC) state organs practice the principle of democratic centralism. The National People's Congress and local people's congresses at various levels are democratically elected, accountable to the people and supervised by the people. The state administrative organs, supervisory organs, judicial organs and procuratorial organs are all produced by the National People's Congress, responsible to and supervised by the National People's Congress. The division of functions and powers between central and local state organs follows the principle of giving full play to local initiative and enthusiasm under the unified leadership of the central authorities.
