What is electrophoresis and what is electrification?

electrophoresis simply means putting some substances in a swimming place (some kind of substrate), and then applying voltage at both ends of this swimming pool to make this substance swim in it, so as to achieve some experimental or application purpose.

Different charged particles are electrophoresed in the same electric field because of different charges or different charge-mass ratios, and after a certain period of time, they are separated from each other because of different moving distances. The separation distance and the voltage of the applied electric field are directly proportional to the electrophoresis time

Electrophoresis is also known as electrification, electrophoretic paint and electrodeposition. Founded in the 196s, it was first applied to automobile primer by Ford Motor Company. Because of its excellent anti-corrosion and anti-rust functions, it was quickly widely used in the military industry. Only in recent years has it been applied to the surface treatment of daily hardware. Because of its excellent quality and high environmental protection, it is gradually replacing traditional paint spraying.
