Multi-view optimization theory

Your bad mood stems from a single perspective.

The summary of multi-view optimization is: a concept; Three subdivisions; Six ways.

I. 1 Concept: Multi-perspective.

The so-called multi-perspective refers to our attitude towards the same person and thing, and the judgments and choices we make from it are multiple answers, not a single answer.

Second, three subdivisions: The logic behind the scarcity of multi-perspectives lies in the following three points.

Ignorance and arrogance are the natural enemies of multiple perspectives;

1) Diligence is a mental shift of' treat yourself as others, treat others as yourself', not a physical shift, which breaks the' self'.

2) Learn more, the less you know, the more you believe, the shallower you are, and the more arrogant you are. This is what I used to be. I still do, so I read' hoops' to myself every day-reflection.

3) After your heart is opened and closed, you are isolating information sources and putting yourself on an island, so it is difficult for you to see the world under your feet and above your head. Nature has lost the basic point of multi-angle exploration.

4) External forces don't know the true face of Lushan Mountain, but toward which corner of the mountain. With the help of other people's strength to project their own state, in this way, others naturally provide multiple perspectives, and everyone needs coaches in all aspects.

5) Exercise more. Exercise can make the body release dopamine and other exciting sex hormones. Many times, being in a bad mood is not the subjective defense of the emotional brain, but the stimulation of physiological hormones. Use your physical body more, so that the physical movement can broaden the bandwidth of your mind, so that your thinking expressway will not be blocked by a' broken car', that is, a bad mood.

6) Frequent resumption is reflection, a process of starting metacognition, a review of one's whole process, an objective and rational analysis of the whole thing, and finally, seeking truth from facts, taking positive feedback and a positive cycle.
