What's the difference between drilling and reaming? Where are they used?
Reaming: Reaming is to increase accuracy.
Boring: Boring is needed to increase accuracy.
Drilling, reaming and reaming can all be done on ordinary machine tools. If a deep hole needs to be drilled, it must be drilled on a deep hole drilling and boring machine.
Broaching: it is a high-precision machining method, and the surface roughness is generally between 65438-0.25-5.
Countersunk hole: refers to the processing of cylindrical countersunk hole, conical countersunk hole and boss part on the processed hole.
The tool used for countersunk drilling is called countersunk drilling and is usually made of high speed steel. Countersunk drills for machining large-diameter boss sections can be made of cemented carbide regrinding blades or indexable blades, which are fixed on the cutter body by gear shaping or machine clamping.
The function of countersunk guide post is guidance to ensure that countersunk hole is coaxial with original hole.
What's the difference between drilling on a lathe and drilling on a drilling machine? What are their characteristics? For what occasion? Lathe drilling, generally when the workpiece rotates, is suitable for single hole of rotating body.
Drilling by drilling machine is the rotation of drill bit, which can drill multiple rows of holes, as long as the holes within the range of rocker arm can be drilled.
What's the difference between impact drilling and impact cone drilling? 9~ 1 1 m deep aperture 100cm(80cm pile diameter+10cm wall protection), can we use mortar to protect the wall?
When to use reaming? Generally, reaming is used for finishing holes with a diameter less than 25mm in the final stage of machining. Due to the large number of reaming teeth, good guidance, shallow chip groove and good rigidity, the hole size accuracy can reach IT7~IT9 level, and the surface roughness can reach Ra 1.6 ~ 0.8 micron. There are three common standard reamers: straight shank, tapered shank and sleeve type. The diameter of small hole straight shank reamer 16mm, straight shank reamer 6 ~ 20 mm, taper shank reamer 10 ~ 32 mm and sleeve reamer 25 ~ 80 mm can be selected as required.
What is the difference between resin plug hole and green oil plug hole? The two are mainly different in fullness, and in other aspects, such as acid and alkali resistance, resin plug holes are better than green oil.
The process of plugging holes with resin for PCB is often due to BGA parts, because the traditional BGA may route the vias from the pads to the back, but if the BGA is too dense, the vias can be directly drilled from the pads to other layers.
Then, the holes are filled with resin and plated with copper to become PADs, which is commonly known as VIP process (via in pad). If only through holes are made on the pad without using resin plugs, tin leakage will easily lead to short circuit on the back and virtual soldering on the front.
PCB resin hole sealing process includes drilling, electroplating, hole sealing, baking and polishing. After drilling, the hole is plated through, then the resin is plugged and baked, and finally it is ground by grinding. Because the ground resin does not contain copper,
So you need to paste another layer of copper on it to become a pad. These processes are completed before the original PCB drilling process, that is, the fortress hole is processed first, and then other holes are drilled, following the original normal process.
Generally, the green oil window is a through hole, that is, a jack with a hole diameter larger than 0.35MMC. Because it is inserted, there can be no green oil in the hole that plays an insulating role. The green oil plug hole is mainly NPTH hole with the aperture below 0.35MMC, which is only plugged with BGA multilayer motherboard in SMT production. The reason for plugging holes is to prevent these non-component holes from being in the natural environment for many years.
After being oxidized and corroded by acid and alkali, it causes short circuit and poor electrical performance, so the hole is blocked. The standard of BGA plug hole is opaque, and it is best to fill two-thirds of the hole, but the ink can't cover the hole after plug. It seems that some customers with BGA have requested to plug the holes.
What is the difference between 3/8-24 tap and M 10ⅹ 1.25 tap bottom hole drill? 3/8-24, bottom hole drilling 8.5mm. M 10* 1.25, bottom hole drilling 8.8 mm
What's the difference between abalone and nine holes? Abalone has nothing to do with fish, but with snails and the like. It is a single-shell mollusk in the ocean, with only half a shell. The shell is thick, flat and wide, and its shape is somewhat like a human ear, so it is also called "sea ear". The spiral part only leaves traces, accounting for a small part of the whole shell. There are nine holes in the edge of the shell, from which seawater flows in and out, and even abalone depends on it for breathing, excretion and fertility. So it is also called "nine-hole snail". The shell surface is rough with dark brown patches, and the inner surface presents blue, green, red and blue pearl luster. Fresh abalone is shelled, marinated for a period of time, then cooked, eviscerated and dried. It is delicious and nutritious. "Abalone, ginseng and tripe with wings" are precious seafood, and abalone ranks first among sea cucumber, shark's fin and tripe with fish. Abalone shell is a famous Chinese herbal medicine-abalone, also known as Senecio scandens in ancient books. It has a famous purpose and effect, hence its name. Concha Haliotidis also has the effects of clearing away heat, calming the liver and calming the wind, and can be used to treat hand-foot spasm and convulsion caused by dizziness and fever. There are about 90 kinds of abalone in the world, and their footprints are all over the Pacific Ocean, Atlantic Ocean and Indian Ocean. The abalone produced in Bohai Bay in China is called Haliotis discus hannai, which is relatively large. Abalone produced in the southeast coast is called Haliotis diversicolor, and the individual is small; Haliotis diversicolor and Haliotis diversicolor produced in Xisha Islands are famous edible abalone. Because the natural output is very small, it is expensive. Now, all countries that produce abalone in the world are developing artificial breeding. In 1970s, abalone fry were cultivated in China. After buying from Jiukong (1), clean it with a brush.
(2) Put nine holes, three cups of cold water, onion, ginger, wine and salt into the pot at the same time, cook with strong fire for 1 min, immediately turn off the fire, leave the furnace, stand for 10 min, immediately scoop up and brew with cold water until cool, take out the meat with nine holes from the shell, pull out the sausage with nine holes, and reverse the meat with nine holes.
