Founder of Acupuncture:

Huang Fu Qui (214 to 282), the word Shi'an, the young name of Jing, the self-named Mr. Xuan Yan, An Ding Chao Na (now Gansu Lingtai). He was a famous scholar and acupuncturist during the Western Jin Dynasty. Huangfu Quies was the great-grandson of Huangfu Song, whose ancestor, Shuxian, served as the order of Baling, and whose father, Shuhou, was only a filial piety scholar. His father, Shuhou, was only recognized as a filial piety scholar. Huangfu Qui, who had been an heir to his uncle since childhood, moved with him to Xin'an (present-day Mianchi, Henan Province), and then moved back to Chaona when he was 40 years old.

Huang Fu Qui wrote a lot of poems, fugues, eulogies, treatises, and difficulties in his life, and the most influential ones were the Biography of Gao Shi (高士傳), the Century of Emperors (帝王世纪), and the medical masterpiece Acupuncture and Moxibustion (针灸甲乙經). In the book "Biography of Gao Shi", all the gao shi were recluses who were proud of the woods and springs, and who farmed with the scriptures. The Century of Emperors and Kings is a history book from the Three Emperors to the Han and Wei Dynasties. The existing "Century of Emperors" has 10 volumes, and it is the second historical book dictionary that organizes the lineage of emperors and kings after Sima Qian's "Records of the Grand Historian" of the Han Dynasty, and it has been valued by historians of all times.
