Common organizational structure forms of enterprises
1, linear structure. Linear structure is the simplest and most basic organizational form, and it is also the oldest organizational structure form. The so-called "straight line" means that under this organizational structure, power flows, transfers and decomposes directly from the top, and reaches the bottom of the organization through several management levels. It is characterized by the vertical leadership of enterprises at all levels from top to bottom, showing a pyramid structure. Every supervisor in the organization has direct authority over his direct subordinates, while subordinate departments only accept instructions from a superior, and everyone in the organization is only responsible or reporting to his direct superior. The person in charge has absolute or complete power within his jurisdiction. That is, the competent personnel exercise decision-making, command and supervision over all business activities of the departments under their jurisdiction;
2. Functional structure. Functional organizational structure is also called U-shaped organization or multi-linear organizational structure. The functional structure originated from the organizational structure established when Fa Yuer was the general manager of his coal mine company at the beginning of this century, so it is also called "Fa Yuer Model". Organize the division of labor according to the function, that is, from the top to the grass-roots level of the enterprise, combine the management business and its personnel who undertake the same function, and set up corresponding management departments and management positions;
3. Linear functional structure. Linear functional organizational structure is the most common structural form of modern enterprises, which is more suitable for large and medium-sized enterprises. This organizational structure is characterized by setting up corresponding functional departments, such as sales, supply and finance. Under the direct leadership of administrative directors at all levels, we will implement professional management and serve as the staff of the administrative directors at that level, and implement the structural model of combining the unified command of directors with the guidance of functional departments.
