The hopper of the central feeding system has several feeding methods, such as spring feeding system, central feeding system, automatic feeding system, centralized feeding system, automatic feeding system, vacuum feeding and compressed air pipeline feeding. Roughly divided into the following ways:

1. central feeding system device: mainly composed of fan, suction pipe, silo, suction pipe, filter screen, electric control box and other parts. When the hopper of the feeding system needs feeding, the fan 2 is started, and negative pressure is formed in the intermediate bin through the suction pipe 4 and the filter screen 3; At the same time, the suction pipe 8 connected with the intermediate bin and the raw material box sucks the raw materials in the raw material box into the intermediate bin. When a certain amount is sucked, the feeding relay acts, the central system fan stops working, and the material suction work stops; At this time, the discharge valve is opened to feed the extruder hopper, thus playing the role of the central system.

2. Full-automatic feeding system device: it adopts full-automatic air pipeline conveying and feeding mode, which is mostly used for parallel production of materials by multiple extruders. In such a large-scale extrusion workshop, the feeding system consists of a main feeding pipeline and several branch pipelines, which feed each extruder hopper respectively. This way of conveying materials with compressed air and air duct has the advantages of small floor space, fewer people and cleaner environment, and can be used to convey granular materials and powder.

3. Spring feeding system device: it installs a rotating spring in the rubber tube, which is directly driven by the motor and rotates at high speed in the rubber tube. When the hopper needs to feed, the motor is started to drive the spring to rotate, and the spring screw drives the raw material to rise. The upper end of the rubber tube is aligned with the hopper and provided with a discharge port, and the raw materials rising to the discharge port are thrown out of the discharge port by the centrifugal force of spring rotation and enter the hopper. The feeding device has simple structure and convenient operation and maintenance, and is suitable for conveying granular materials and powder.
