What are the essentials of plow skiing?
Choose a junior ski resort with a small slope, remember the essentials of plow skiing and start skiing. Remember to keep the shape of your feet, and keep the skis at a certain angle with the snow surface. Keep this action from start to stop. After sliding down the snowy road once, you will find that the speed will decrease when you gently slide down the snowy road, which shows that plowing can reduce the speed and achieve the purpose of control. Let's look at the slip marks later. They are not two straight lines, but two cross scratches on the snowboard. After repeated practice several times. Learn to turn again. On the basis of the movements we have just learned, we shift our center of gravity from the middle of our feet to our left or right feet. First, we will do in-situ exercises. When the center of gravity shifts to our left foot (or right foot), we should move steadily for a few seconds. When the body's center of gravity moves left and right, the snowboard will always keep an 8-shape, forming an angle with the snow surface.
When you come to the ski run, when you slide down, you will shift your weight to your left foot and stay for a while. You will find that you turn left, then the center of gravity shifts to your right foot, and then you turn right. Which foot the center of gravity moves to, the body will slide along the snowboard of this foot. Turning is not done when the center of gravity moves, but after moving, you need to keep the center of gravity on the snowboard for a period of time before you can complete a turning, that is to say, turning is a continuous and powerful action. This slide needs to be practiced many times.
In this exercise, a common mistake is that when the speed increases during the ski turn, because of your downward slope, the speed increases, you are nervous, you lose your balance and fall. At this time, it is important to remember the main points of action, keep the action and complete the turn.
After repeated practice for many times, you can make two skis slide in parallel where the speed is slow, and turn into plowing when turning. Beginners will feel very tired when they start skiing, which is mainly caused by poor balance and physical tension. After you learn to plow and slide skillfully, you will feel as smooth, relaxed and comfortable as walking.
Alpine skiing means that skiers slide down from a certain height. Beginners can get started with a little practice as long as they have a set of alpine skiing equipment. Let me tell you how to master the basic skills of skating in a week.
First of all, you should learn downhill techniques, including ploughing downhill, straight downhill, oblique downhill and so on. Downhill technology is the basis of alpine skiing technology and must be mastered. Then you can learn turning skills, mainly including plow turn, plow swing turn, double-plate parallel swing turn and so on. Turning technique is the essence of skiing technique, which is difficult to learn and requires patience.
On the first morning, choose a longer (500 meters), gentler (5 degrees) and wider (50 meters) ski track trimmed by a ski machine. Put on ski equipment, push out the rear parts of the two skis in a figure of eight, push your knees forward, lean forward slightly, and bear the weight evenly on your feet. Grab the snow surface with the snowflakes of the two skis and slide down the slope. The greater the angle formed by the two skis, the greater the resistance and the slower the skiing. On the contrary, the resistance decreases and the skiing speed increases. You need to constantly change the size of this angle during the taxiing process in order to experience the speed change it brings. Beginners can use this technique to quickly and stop on a downhill slope. The main task of this stage is to control the acceleration motion in downhill to uniform motion or rapid motion.
At this point, you have learned the plow downhill technique, and then you will learn the straight downhill technique. In the same place, put on ski equipment and keep two skis parallel, and the distance between skis is shoulder width. The feet bear the weight evenly, the body squats slightly, the upper body leans forward slightly to relax naturally, looks forward and slides along the rolling line. This skiing process is accelerating, and the speed is getting faster and faster, which requires skiers to keep the double boards parallel and equally spaced during skiing. At this stage, the main practice is how to master the center of gravity of the body while keeping the double boards parallel and fast, that is, don't fall down during sliding. After reaching your goal, you have completed the practice of straight downhill technique. Then, the above two technical actions are alternately used in the process of one slide, that is, when the slide speed is too fast, the plow slide technology is used to slow down, and when the slide speed is slow, the straight slide technology is used to accelerate. You need to practice again and again until you master it. The above two technical moves need at least half a day to practice.
In the afternoon, learn the plow turning technique. On the same ski run, put on ski equipment, and your body is in a plow position. If you want to turn left, you should shift your center of gravity to the right side of your body, bear the weight on your right leg, and press your knees down to the left, so that when your right snowboard stands on the edge, you can push your right snowboard outward with force, and your body will slowly turn left. If you switch this technique to the left, your body will turn to the right. In the plow turn, one of the skis that bear the weight is the driving board and the other is the driven board. The greater the downward pressure on the driving plate, the smaller the turning bend, the smaller the downward pressure and the larger the turning bend. If two skis become driving boards, then the taxiing process is a continuous plow turn. When changing the turning direction, the change of body center of gravity and the change of left and right leg force are carried out at the same time. Other postures are the same as plough downhill posture. Ploughing turns are suitable for terrain with not too steep slope. Because its technology is simpler than ruthenium, it is very suitable for beginners. It is necessary to arrange half a day to practice repeatedly on the gentle slope and understand its essentials.
The next morning, choose a ski slope with a slope of about 15 degrees and a height of about 60 meters, and learn downhill techniques at a constant speed. Inclined downhill refers to the downhill process in which the downhill route and the rollover line form a certain angle. In the process of downhill, the upper body is kept upright, the knees are pushed to the side of the mountain, the two skis are kept parallel, and the skis on the side of the mountain protrude slightly forward. The snowboard under the mountain bears the weight and sticks to the snow surface after standing on the edge. The snowboards on the side of the mountain float on the snow surface, not standing on the edge, and the body is arched and slides obliquely downward. When you need to stop, pedal the snowboard on the lower side of the mountain hard, so that the sliding direction of the snowboard turns to the upper side of the mountain, and the snowboard will slowly stop. Learning downhill techniques well can lay a good foundation for further learning turning techniques. It takes half a day to practice.
In the afternoon, I practiced the plow downhill pull I learned yesterday on this 15 degree snowy road. Because the slope is bigger than yesterday, the speed of decline is much faster than yesterday. Technically, it's no different from what I learned yesterday, just enlarge the mouth behind the snowboard and make the vertical edge obvious. To improve the control ability of snowboarding, it needs repeated practice.
On the third day, I practiced ploughing all day. I chose a ski run with a slope of 15 degrees and a height of 60 meters, and applied the plow turning technique I learned on the first afternoon to this ski run. The greater the slope, the faster the sliding speed. At the beginning, a large external force should be applied to the driving plate to increase the turning radian and slow down the sliding speed. Enhance skiers' ability to control skis. With the deepening of the exercise, gradually reduce the external force applied to the driving board to reduce the turning radian until the snowboard can be controlled freely. If you slide with a plow between two turns in different directions, it becomes a continuous plow turn. We should spend more time practicing the foundation of plow turning technology to master its technical essentials.
On the fourth day, on the ski run used yesterday, I continued to practice the plow turning technique. Time is one day. Because skiing consumes a lot of energy, novices consume more. So have a good rest, especially to ensure a good sleep. If you want to be able to take a sauna, it's good for you to get a massage.
On the fifth day, I studied the plow swing turning technique all day. The so-called plow swing technology is to increase the parallel and close process of the driven disk to the driving disk in the second half of the plow rotation process. Let's see how this process is completed. First, slide down obliquely from right to left, with the right leg bearing the load. When you need to turn right, push out the back of the snowboard and take the position under the plow. At the same time, increase the outward thrust of the left snowboard, the body will turn right, and the center of gravity will gradually shift from the right leg to the left leg. When your instantaneous sliding direction is parallel and beyond the landing line, the left leg bears the weight, and the snowboard on the left leg becomes the driving board, and the snowboard on the right leg floats on the snow surface. At this time, you only need to slide the snowboard on your right leg to the left to a position parallel to the driving plate and slightly protruding forward, and then the plow swing turning process is completed. The next inclined slide from left to right is the beginning of the next plough turning process. This turning technique is easier to practice than to do. If you have a good grasp of the pre-study skills and have more time to practice, it will be easier to learn and have great patience.
On the sixth day, I continued to practice the plow swing technique and learned the double-plate parallel swing technique. The so-called double-plate parallel swing is to complete technical actions such as turning while keeping the double-plate parallel sliding. This technology is actually the continuation and development of plow rotary technology. When the moving range of the driven plate to the driving plate is close to zero in the plow swing steering technology, it becomes a double-disk parallel swing steering. For this advanced technology, don't deliberately learn, just understand the principle. We should concentrate our time on practicing the techniques we have learned before, especially the plow turning technique. When the practice time accumulates to a certain extent, with a little guidance, it will soon surpass the latter two techniques.
At this point, the basic knowledge of alpine skiing has been introduced. Because these techniques are closely related, the mastery of each link directly affects the learning of the next technical action, so we should proceed step by step and don't rush for success. It's best to hire a ski instructor, which is very necessary for a beginner.
