What is the subject of copyright?
2. Heir: refers to the person who has obtained the property right of the work due to legal facts such as inheritance, gift, bequest and assignment. Successive copyright owners include heirs, donees, legatees, transferees, legal holders of original works and countries. The inheritor of copyright can only be the inheritor of the property right of the work, but not the inheritor of the personal right of the work, because the personal right of the work is not transferable.
3. Foreigners and stateless persons.
Legal basis: Copyright Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
Article 9 Copyright owners include:
(1) author;
(2) Other natural persons, legal persons or unincorporated organizations that enjoy copyright according to this Law.

A work presided over by a legal person or an organization without legal personality, created on behalf of the will of the legal person or organization without legal personality, and for which the legal person or organization without legal personality is responsible, shall be regarded as the author.
