How does word draw a flow box?

Step 1, open the Word document window and switch to "Ribbon". Click the Shapes button in the Illustrations group, and then choose the New Drawing Canvas command from the menu that opens. Choose the command "New Drawing Canvas".

Tip: You can also insert a shape directly into a Word document page without using a canvas.

Step 2: Select the drawing canvas, click the "Shape" button in the "Illustration" group of the "Insert" ribbon, and select the appropriate flowchart to insert in the "Flowchart" type. For example, select Flowchart: Process and Flowchart: Decision, and select Insert Flowchart Shape.

Step 3: Click the Shape button in the Diagram group of the Word Insert ribbon, select the appropriate connector in the line type, such as the arrow and elbow arrow connector, and then select the connector.

Step 4, point the mouse pointer to the first flowchart figure (it is not necessary to select it), and then four blue connection points will appear around the figure. The mouse pointer points to one of the connection points, then press the left mouse button and drag it to the second flow chart graph, and the blue connection point will also appear on the second flow chart graph. Find one of the connection points and release the left key to complete the connection of the two flowcharts.

Step 5, repeat steps 3 and 4 to connect other flowcharts, and red dots will be displayed at both ends of the successfully connected connector.

Step 6, according to the actual needs, add text to the flow chart graphics to complete the flow chart production.
