Aerobics is one of my last favorite sports, because I learned more than just a few movements in the process of learning.
What I feel most about learning aerobics is that I can relax after a boring study life. Every time I take an aerobics class, no matter how tired I am, I feel very comfortable. In the process of learning aerobics, I will also learn a lot. I will encounter many difficulties in the process of learning, and sometimes I will learn some difficult movements. Because my body's coordination and flexibility are not high, I have to keep practicing. Sometimes I want to have a rest when I am tired, but when I see that other teammates are still practicing hard, I am pushed by a force to continue practicing. Even some students sprained their feet and insisted on attending classes. This is because of her love for aerobics and her self-improvement psychology of not being left behind by others.
Aerobics also cultivated my team spirit. Every time we do group gymnastics, everyone is United, helping each other, giving full play to their strengths, learning from each other's good aspects and making up for their own shortcomings.

Time flies, time flies. In a blink of an eye, my freshman life will be over. Similarly, aerobics and my dear coach also accompanied me for a year, and learning aerobics made me feel deeply.
In my opinion, aerobics is the perfect combination of beauty and art. In sense of movement, it makes people full of youthful vitality, while in strength, there is no lack of flexibility and aestheticism. Aerobics, as its name implies, is both healthy and beautiful.
Health is everyone's greatest wealth, and beauty is every girl's greatest wish and dream. How many people want to have a healthy and moving body at the same time, but it is not too difficult or easy to do this. Doing aerobics will fulfill my dream, so I am very happy and lucky to be selected when I choose courses. I am very happy psychologically and have a good actual combat situation. The teacher is beautiful, powerful and patient. Students will naturally take the initiative to accept every routine and every movement. I feel very excited when I take aerobics class for the first time. I study hard and practice every movement taught by my teacher. I hope I can do it as beautifully as the teacher, but the effect is not very ideal. I feel stiff, but I am not discouraged. After the new class, I often practice by myself in the dormitory. Later, I obviously felt much more skilled and able to keep up with the rhythm. I have been learning aerobics for more than half a year now. I think it can not only exercise, but also make people.
After studying aerobics for such a long time, I think there are two main points to learn it well: First, you should be interested in it. Only if you are interested in it will you want to learn it well, practice the movements taught by every teacher and strive to be the best. Second, you should be confident.
