What are the raw materials for making ceramic tiles?

The main raw materials of ceramics are clay, timely and feldspar, and some chemical raw materials. Their respective functions are similar to those of cement, sand and water in cement mortar. When firing, part of it should be dissolved in feldspar glass in time to improve the viscosity of liquid phase and prevent high temperature deformation. After cooling, it plays a skeleton role in the porcelain blank. ③ Feldspar (stone powder) belongs to flux raw materials. The main chemical components are K2O, Na2O, CaO and MgO. After melting at high temperature, some quartzite can be dissolved.
