The method of beef soup package
500g of beef, 500g of carrot, 500g of green onion and 500g of black pepper, 20g of pepper, 20g of soy sauce, 20g of sugar and salted flour, and 4 bowls of water yeast.
Steps of beef soup package
Step 1
Mix noodles. First, the yeast powder is melted with a small amount of warm water. The dosage of yeast is about one kilogram of flour and five grams of yeast powder. Pour that flour into a large basin, pour the water dissolve with yeast powder on the flour to form a circle, stir the flour with chopsticks, add cold water accord to the state of the flour, stir until no dry powder can be seen, and knead the flour by hand until smooth. Sealing, and fermenting in warm water for more than two times.
Second step
Prepare meat stuffing when flour is fermented. Soak the pepper in boiling water, take it out after the water is cool, and add a little pepper water to the beef stuffing. The amount of water depends on the state of the meat stuffing. Add it to the meat stuffing, it is moist, soft and shiny, but there is no excess water. Stir clockwise. Put it in the refrigerator for a while. Chop carrots and green onions during refrigeration. After cold storage, add seasonings such as bean paste, soy sauce, peanut oil and black pepper to the meat stuffing, stir clockwise, and add chopped carrots and chopped green onion. Stir well.
Third step
After the dough is fermented, knead it evenly and exhaust it, and divide it into small doses. Add salt and sugar to the meat stuffing, and finally season.
Fourth step
Drive a small dose into a steamed stuffed bun skin twice as thick and twice as thin in the middle, and add meat stuffing. It can be round or long.
Step five
After the steamed stuffed bun is covered, wake it up for about 20 minutes and eat it in cold water. After the pot cover is steamed, the timer will start at 15 minutes. Take it out after 5 minutes of suffocation after the ceasefire.
The beef soup wrapped in this way is thin and thick, salty and juicy.
