Classification of workers

Workers can be roughly divided into the following three categories.

The first category is mental workers, which refer to people who mainly do mental work, such as theoretical workers, writers, teachers, lawyers and editors. Generally speaking, mental work is a kind of high-quality and complex work, which can not be completed only by the traditional experience of workers, but only by rich cultural and scientific knowledge. Therefore, the acquisition of this complex labor ability requires long-term study and accumulation.

The second category is manual workers, referring to those who engage in manual labor. Generally speaking, they do not hold management positions, and are mainly distributed in industries such as agriculture, industry, construction and so on, which mainly pay for manual labor.

The third category is oral workers, which is a new division of labor that keeps pace with the times in a society. Oral workers are different from mental workers, and the results of labor are more manifested as encouragement, persuasion and guidance.

Regardless of the level of labor, we should respect every profession in the world!
