By means of kiln charging, that is, adjusting the width of fire channel and kiln charging density, the purpose of adjusting the uniformity of temperature distribution in kiln is achieved.

Shuttle kiln is a kind of inverted flame kiln with kiln car. With heavy oil, diesel oil, liquefied petroleum gas and natural gas as fuels, the ignition temperature can reach 1800℃. Because the products are fired on the kiln car, the turnover rate of the kiln car can be improved and the productivity can be improved.

Gas shuttle kiln uses natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas as fuel, which has the characteristics of small floor space, complete combustion, high heat energy utilization rate and good product quality. Advanced combustion and control, sintering temperature 1750℃, rapid furnace temperature rise, obvious energy-saving effect.

Selection of ceramic kiln

1. Because the daily output is less than 20M3, there are many kinds of products and different firing temperatures, it is recommended to use the fast-burning shuttle kiln, which is difficult to meet the output of tunnel kiln.

2. If the daily output is equal to or greater than 20M3, but the glaze color is complex, if the kiln needs a certain constant temperature and cooling time for crystalline glaze, traditional shuttle kiln or electric shuttle kiln can be used; If the kiln becomes glazed or crystalline glaze is only local, you can choose a fast kiln, which is not only fast but also slow. Slow, the temperature difference can be controlled very small. But the slow energy saving effect is poor.

3. With large output, high height, heavy weight, high temperature and single glaze color, the trolley tunnel kiln can be selected. Such as high-temperature daily-use ceramics and bathroom ceramics.

4. At the temperature of 1300℃, it is suggested to use roller kiln or large-scale fast shuttle kiln for high-yield art ceramics, daily-use ceramics and bathroom ceramics.
