24 Style Simplified Taijiquan originates from Yang's Taijiquan.
Taijiquan is a rich heritage left to us by our own traditional Chinese culture. The 24 Simplified Taijiquan is based on Yang Style Taijiquan, which is the most widely spread and adapted Taijiquan, and has been adapted and organized by removing the difficult and repetitive movements.
Technical Characteristics of Twenty-four-Style Taijiquan
One, easy and soft. Taijiquan frame is relatively calm and spacious, the movement is not constrained and not rigid, in line with the physiological habits of the human body, and in general, there are no obvious changes and intense jumping movements.
Second, consistency and uniformity. The whole set of Taijiquan movements, from "starting" to "closing", regardless of the changes in the movements and postures of the transition, are closely connected and coherent, and then run through, such as clouds and water, unceasingly.
Three, round and natural. The movements of Taijiquan are composed of various arcs and curves, avoiding straight movement, paying special attention to the use of the waist and spine to drive the limbs for activities, and taking the waist as the axis, in order to make the maneuvers and steps rounded and live, and the movements are light and smooth.
