Power cable test in the substation, what safety measures should be taken

First of all, the cable to be tested should be de-energized, and the connectors at both ends should be dismantled after checking the power and grounding. The two ends of the joints with insulated high stool cushion, and will be separated from the three-phase (high-voltage cables). Set up a fence around the two ends, the test end of the fence to leave the entrance and exit. The personnel access channel should ensure the safety of personnel access, and maintain a sufficient safety distance from the energized equipment.
