What is called no-till planter, and what is the difference with ordinary planter?

No-tillage seeder is in the surface straw cover or stubble situation, without plowing or in order to reduce straw residue for crushing, harrowing, less plowing after sowing equipment. The main difference between it and the ordinary seeder is:

(1) the soil working parts are different. For sliding furrow openers, no-till planters use narrow furrow openers to facilitate soil entry and reduce hanging straps; for traction no-till planters, in front of the double disc furrow opener increased grass-cutting discs; for driven no-till planters, usually set up in front of the furrow opener to cut the grass or crushing knives; these are different from the ordinary planter.

(2) the whole machine structure form. No-till planter machine structure is more complex, the structure of the weight increased substantially, is the ordinary planter 2.7 ~ 3.5 times, before and after the furrow opener large spacing arrangement, the beam is higher, in order to improve the passability.

(3) Price. The price of the no-till planter is generally 4 to 7 times that of an ordinary planter.

(4) Supporting power. Because of the no-till planter is much heavier than the ordinary planter machine, the operating load is large, the same working width under the matching power demand is also correspondingly large.

(5) purpose of use. No-till planter is mainly used for no-till state seeding operations, but also in the traditional situation, ordinary planter can generally only be used for traditional operations.
