Mahāvairocana is one of the three bodies of Sakyamuni Buddha and one of the Five Dhyani Buddhas. It is the Buddha's body that expresses the absolute truth. In Chinese translation, there are names such as Maha Piluchana, Piluchana, Everywhere and Shining Light, which are the most fundamental gods of esoteric religion. In the two tantric Dharmas of King Kong and Fetal Tibetan, both dharma bodies are Tathagata, dharma bodies themselves, and the fundamental reality Buddha.

Tathagata and Tathagata are the same Buddha. Tathagata is the highest god of Tantric Buddhism, the highest-ranking Buddha and the highest god of Tantric Buddhism. He commands all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and is the fundamental Buddha in tantric Buddhism.

Extended data

In Huayan Sect, Tathagata is the leader of the world of lotus, China and Tibet, and also a Dharma Buddha that contains ten Buddhas and shows the Dharma itself beyond the form. Faxiangzong regards this as the self-body of Sakyamuni Buddha. Tiantai Sect took this as the dharma body of Sakyamuni Buddha.

Tathagata is the fundamental Buddha for the formation of Buddhism and the fundamental virtue of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.

Tantric Buddhism regards it as the leader of Tantric Buddhism, the core of Tantric Buddhism, and the central god of Datura in the realm of King Kong and Fetal Tibetan. Because the wisdom and light of the Tathagata shines everywhere, it can make the boundless dharma world shine brightly and open the roots of Buddha's nature, hence the name of righteousness. In some religious classics, Tathagata also refers to Guanyin.
