What theories are contained in the radical tradition?

Four traditions:

(1) empiricism tradition. It firmly believes that social work knowledge should be based on scientific methods and emphasizes evidence-based practice, which is the mainstream of social work philosophy.

(2) People-oriented tradition. This tradition understands the interaction between man and environment from the perspective of a complete person, and respects the individual's understanding of his own experience and potential for change, including existential social work and spiritual perspective;

(3) radical tradition. Advocate promoting social change from the structural level and criticizing the existing social order, including structural perspective, empowerment perspective and feminist social work;

(4) tradition of social construction. This tradition emphasizes that knowledge is socially constructed, and the motivation for change comes from discovering and telling new stories or discovering the advantages of case owners. Dominant perspective, narrative therapy and seeking solution therapy are practical theoretical examples under this tradition.
