How do you cook noodles without sticking to the pan?

I haven't come across the problem of cooking noodles sticking to the pan, I've only heard of them getting in a heap!

If it's true that cooking noodles sticks to the pan, then it could be a couple of problems below!

First problem: too little water in the pot!

If you boil just a little bit of water and put a big handful of noodles down, the noodles can't even turn over, can it not stick to the pot?

Noodles are one of the main noodle dishes of the northern people. There are three kinds of noodles: thin, round and wide. When cooking noodles, fine is very well cooked, after the water boils, put the noodles on medium heat and cook for two or three minutes; round and wide to cook for more than five minutes. Stir the noodles with chopsticks to prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the pot and sticking to the pot. After boiling, add cool water twice and stir with chopsticks. You can also use one chopstick to pick up a noodle and if it doesn't fall, it's done.

The second problem is that the water is not boiling before you put the noodles in!

Especially with wet noodles, when the water is not boiling, the noodles sink to the bottom of the pot. Then, when you boil it slowly, the bottom of the pot naturally sticks to the noodles!

The third problem: the noodles are so wet that they melt when you put them in the pot!

If you add too much water to the noodles, and they don't cook and solidify as quickly as they should, the flour on the surface will melt away and fall to the bottom of the pan, causing it to stick to the pan. The general non-stick pan will be less likely to stick to the pan than the iron pan for cooking noodles. Don't put the pasta in the pot before the water boils, wait for the water to boil before putting it in the pot, so that the bubbles of the boiling water can hold the pasta (a bit abstract). To prevent the noodles from sticking to the pot, it's best to stir them from time to time, and the same goes for dumplings and these pasta dishes.

Fourth problem: Cooking too many noodles!

There are two ways of looking at it: one pot of water cooks the noodles many times (resulting in a cloudy broth), and the other is that one pot of water has a lot of noodles in it, which equals the first problem.

Most of us cook our noodles at home and put down the spices while we cook them!

If the water is too much then the seasoning will be added more, many people can not afford to add more soup, which must lead to paste soup, sticky pot situation!

The solution is simple, boil more water!

Put the seasonings in a bowl, boil the water and pour the boiling water into the bowl to adjust the flavor, and finally pick the noodles from the pot into the bowl!
