I "Benevolence" Thought and Humanized Management
Benevolence is the core content of Confucius' Confucianism. In the Analects of Confucius, Confucius mentioned the word "benevolence" in 100 places. Confucius wrote in the Book of Rites? The Doctrine of the Mean points out: "To govern for the people, learn from others' strengths, cultivate one's morality, cultivate one's nature, and be benevolent ..." The enlightenment of "benevolence" to school management lies in that school administrators should make the head teacher not only have emotion and self-esteem, but also realize self-guidance and self-control and become a person with high sense of responsibility and consciousness. There are two famous sayings in the great biography of Zhouyi, an important classic of Confucian culture: "Heaven is healthy, and gentlemen strive for self-improvement" and "The terrain is vast, and gentlemen carry things with morality". Confucius said, "A gentleman is righteous, a villain is beneficial" (establishing a person). However, the imperfection of China's market economy system has also brought about some unscrupulous pursuit of personal interests. Then, when the traditional concept of justice and benefit is impacted, and moral education in the new era cannot guide teenagers to form correct values on the issue of justice and benefit, teenagers will wander between "emphasizing justice and neglecting benefit" and "emphasizing justice and neglecting benefit". I don't know how to grasp the rationality between "profit" and "righteousness", so I have "money makes the mare go? Money is evil? " "Work. Should I bargain?
