What is the principle of porridge and cooking?

The difference between the two functional principles of rice cooker cooking porridge and cooking rice lies in: different technology, different power supply and different power.

First, the process is different.

1. Cooking porridge: Cooking porridge should go through the stages of small fire preheating, medium temperature water absorption, large fire heating, continuous boiling, porridge cooking, water locking and so on.

2, cooking: cooking has to go through stages such as fire heating, continuous cooking, stewing rice and cooking, and water locking.

Second, electricity is different.

1, porridge: There is water in the porridge rice cooker, and the temperature will never reach 103 degrees, so it is always powered on.

2. Cooking: When the water content in the rice cooker is relatively low, the magnetic steel will automatically lose its magnetism when the temperature reaches 103 degrees, pulling the switch assembly, thus achieving the purpose of power failure.

Third, the motivation is different.

1. Cooking porridge: When cooking porridge, a diode is connected in series in front of the heating plate and connected to the mains. Actually, it works in a half-wave rectification state, and the working voltage is only 1 10 volt, so the power of the rice cooker is reduced by half.

2, cooking: when cooking, the hot plate is directly connected to 220 volts of mains electricity, and the power is twice that of porridge.

Precautions for rice cookers:

1, avoid connecting the power plug of the rice cooker to the power distribution socket of the lamp holder or desk lamp. Because the wires of general desk lamps are relatively thin, the current carrying capacity is small, and they are easy to age or melt when heated. However, the power and current of the rice cooker are large, which will lead to the heating of the lamp wire and the melting of the outer skin of the wire, causing accidents such as electric shock or fire.

2. Avoid bumping. The inner liner of the rice cooker is easy to deform after being touched, and the bottom of the inner liner cannot be well matched with the electric heating plate after being deformed. It is easy to cook raw rice when cooking, so handle it carefully.

3. Do not immerse the shell and electric heating plate of the inner pot in water. Electrical components should be installed in the lower part of the pot, and can only be wiped clean with a dry cloth after the power supply is cut off. After washing the inner pot, dry the water at the bottom of the pot with a cloth.

4. Don't cook too sour or salty food in the rice cooker. Because the inner liner of the rice cooker is made of aluminum, it will corrode the inner liner and be easily damaged if it is used to cook food that is too sour and salty. In addition, someone should be guarded when cooking and stewing meat to prevent porridge water from overflowing into electrical appliances and damaging electrical components.

When serving rice and soup, avoid using metal spoons without unplugging the power. Use a plastic or wooden bamboo spoon to hold it, and try to unplug the power before using it. When washing the liner, be sure to use a rag. If the liner is stuck with a crispy rice or something, it will be easy to wash in water.

6. Don't replace the inner pot with other appliances, and heat it on the electric heating plate.

7. Do not disassemble the electrical components of the rice cooker at will, so as not to affect the performance and use effect of the rice cooker.

8, should always check whether the power socket and power cord is damaged, in case of leakage accident.
