After I put jiaozi in the pot, I gently moved it from the bottom of the pot to the top with a big spoon to prevent jiaozi from sinking to the bottom of the pot. Later, my mother said, "bring that bowl of raw water and pour it into the pot." It takes three times. " After I took the water, I carefully poured it into the pot. It was a small bubble. I repeated what I just did twice. Next time, I turned off the stove and carefully added jiaozi to the plate. I tasted it myself, and it was still delicious!
The first time I cooked jiaozi, I felt that my mother was also very hard. She has to go to work every day, cook at home, have no rest on weekends and do housework! Compared with our primary school students, I just sit in the classroom and study and go home to do my homework every day, so I don't have to do housework or go to work, so I want to help my mother share some housework!
