Method for making sour soup rice flour

Ingredients: rice noodles, shallots, coriander, Chili noodles, peanuts, garlic and white sesame seeds.

Soup: Garlic powder, chopped green onion, Chili noodles and white sesame seeds, drenched with hot oil to stimulate the fragrance, then add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of aged vinegar, a little chicken essence and a little salt, and finally pour into the soup of boiled rice noodles and stir well (you can pour more soup if you like).

Exercise:

1. Pour peanuts into hot oil, fry them in medium and small fire until they change color, and take them out for later use;

2. Pour the water into the pot, boil the rice noodles, cook them again until the water boils, remove the rice noodles and put them into the prepared soup, and finally sprinkle with coriander and fried peanuts.
