Class management is an important part of school teaching life. The quality of class management directly affects the development of students in each class. With the implementation and development of quality education in China, the traditional class system management can no longer meet the teaching requirements in the new period. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the current class management mode, this paper puts forward some superficial views on the innovation of class management mode.

First, the problems and disadvantages of the traditional class management model

The traditional class management mode is generally a management activity with the class teacher as the main implementer and the class students as the management object. With the continuous development of education in China, quality education has been greatly developed in primary and secondary schools. In this situation, the traditional class management model gradually exposed some problems and disadvantages.

1. Problems and disadvantages in class teaching management. Mainly manifested in:

(1) The traditional class teaching management mode is not conducive to individualized education and the cultivation of talents' innovative ability. Traditional teaching management is carried out through teachers, textbooks and classrooms. Under this management mode, the teaching speed and content of the whole class are generally controlled by the academic affairs office and teachers. This kind of teaching plan is boring, lack of vitality and poor flexibility, which is not conducive to the cultivation of students' personality and leads to the limitation of students' innovative ability.

(2) The traditional class teaching management method is not conducive to? Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude? . What is the traditional teaching mode? Ben. Or? Level? As a unit, complete the teaching task under the leadership of the teacher. This traditional teaching form is characterized by teacher-centered, and teachers teach whatever courses are arranged by the school's academic affairs office; Students learn how to do what teachers teach and ask in class. It has seriously affected students' learning enthusiasm and initiative.

2. Problems and deficiencies in class daily management (system management). Mainly manifested in:

(1) Under the traditional class management mode, students rely heavily on teachers, which affects their free development. Although teachers have always played a very important role in school life, they play a leading role in guiding and organizing students. However, for a long time, this management mode of relying entirely on teachers has made students have a serious dependence psychology. No matter in study or in life, everything is subject to the requirements of teachers, even if each class has its own management team, that is, the class Committee. But in real life, the class committee often acts as the mouthpiece of the teacher and the executor of the teacher's decision, and students can only follow the formed plan step by step. This class management mode limits students' creativity and weakens students' confidence in class construction and management.

(2) The mandatory and unified code of conduct ignores the specific implementation of individual situations, which leads to the lack of flexibility and flexibility in class management and rigid management. As far as the current class management mode of schools in China is concerned, most schools still adopt a unified and mandatory code of conduct for class management. The management of each class requires to follow the unified management norms, and even some class management behaviors are mandatory, ignoring the specific analysis of specific issues, leading to problems and disadvantages that may intensify contradictions in class management.

(3) The traditional class management mode attaches great importance to the overall interests and honors of the class, which leads to the over-emphasis on class interests in some classes, which damages the individual interests and feelings of students and affects the unity of students; In some class management, in order to realize the overall interests of the class, regardless of students' personal feelings, students are required to make mandatory requirements. In this long-term coercive and repressive environment, students' personality development is greatly affected.

Second, the thinking and practice of class management model innovation

In view of the problems and disadvantages of the traditional class management mode, this paper puts forward some suggestions and opinions on the innovation of class management mode.

(1) Participants in class management should change their ideas in time, strive to realize the transformation of class management from system management to people-oriented management, emphasize the role of people in class management, and adhere to the people-oriented principle. As a special group organization, a class is a group of students in a school. Compared with other group organizations, the class has strong plasticity, high discipline and great development potential. Although system management has always played an important role in class management, with the arrival of the new situation, the traditional class system management model has not adapted to the requirements of modern management. Therefore, the participants in class management, with teachers as the main body, drive the class committee, so that all class teachers can change their ideas in time and move from rigid system management to humanized management.

(2) In the class teaching management, the former decision-making orientation of the education administrative department and teachers has changed into the orientation of students' needs. The problems and disadvantages of traditional class teaching management are introduced in detail. In the new era, with the continuous development of quality education, it is required to improve and innovate class teaching management, take students as the main body, be good at finding problems and see what students need, and teachers will give them what they want, not what teachers say and what students learn; At the same time, in the classroom, it is also required to change from teacher-centered to student-centered, so that students can participate in the formulation of teaching plans, listen to their demands, and improve their participation and enthusiasm.

(3) In class management, we should attach importance to the development of students' personality, respect students' personal feelings and improve the flexibility of class management. In the past, compulsory class management achieved the goal of class management, making the whole class organized, orderly and disciplined, but the result of this class management may not be the result of every student's heart. Behind every compulsory result, it will more or less damage or affect the interests and emotions of individual students, destroy their recognition of class management, and stimulate some internal contradictions in class management. Therefore, in class management, we should not only realize the necessary institutionalized management, but also respect students and improve the flexibility of class management from the perspective of students. For example, in management decision-making, let public students participate in management, hold class student forums, and listen to students' opinions.

It is the basic requirement of modern education to break through the old class management system and create a new class management model. It requires not only the innovation of teaching management, so that students can really learn what they want to learn, but also the innovation of class daily affairs management, so as to improve students' personality and innovation ability and activate the atmosphere of student management. This is the direction we should work hard.
