He believes that the first three are normal regimes, and the latter three are abnormal regimes of the first three. Generally speaking, the three main forms of Greek government are monarchy, aristocracy and democracy.

The so-called aristocratic regime is a regime in which aristocrats occupy a dominant position in politics. The aristocratic regime is not without a monarch, but a monarch or king, but the monarch has no supreme decision-making power, and he is a part of the administrative system; The aristocratic regime is not without democracy, but this kind of democracy is only the democracy within the aristocracy, even the democracy of a few nobles (oligarchs).
