The standard size of thirteen whips

The standard size of thirteen sticks (whips): stick length1/kloc-0 ~140 cm, diameter 2~3.5 cm, and the general length is 13 times the width of the user's palm, so it is called "thirteen sticks". This is the most commonly used short stick form in traditional martial arts. The two ends of the stick are not divided into the stick end (thick end, also called stick root) and the stick slightly (thin end), so the handle can be changed for use. Some whips have horizontal handles as crutches, and both ends of whips with horizontal handles or curved handles cannot be mixed.
