3. Exercise 1

Materials:

Cooked black sesame 1 kg, walnut kernel 1 kg, red dates 1 kg, donkey-hide gelatin half 250 g, 2 kg of yellow rice wine (I used 1 kg of yellow rice wine and 1 kg of boiled water), and half a catty of rock sugar (I only used/kloc-0)

Exercise:

1. Crush black sesame seeds with a cooking machine.

2. Chop walnuts with a knife.

4. Rock sugar is also ground into powder by a cooking machine.

5. Ejiao is ground into powder.

6. Put all the above materials into a large basin and mix well. Add yellow wine and mix well.

Materials:

4. Spread plastic wrap in the prepared mold, pour the cooked mixture into the mold and cool. If you are impatient, you can put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours until it is completely cooled and hardened. Guyuan paste has been basically done.

5. Pull up the plastic wrap and cut the solidified solid paste into large pieces and then into small pieces.

8. Skills

1. Black sesame is best roasted or fried and then crushed.

2. Walnut kernels, pitted dates or jujube slices are best baked in advance.

3. Ejiao must be completely cooked.

4. No water can splash into the donkey-hide gelatin mixture during the whole process.

Pay attention to the water in the pot when cooking and feeding, and add some water to the pot from time to time.

1, pregnant women should eat Ejiao carefully.
