3. Prepare for printing and carving. Cardboard is well made and needs printing. Where do the printed words or pictures come from? Generally, large factories have their own printing rooms, and the staff in the printing rooms carve their own plates. Some printing plants are processed from the outside. As long as you give the cardboard box samples to the carving company, the carving company will carve the plates according to the samples. After production, it will be sent to the carton factory. 4. Printed cardboard. Generally, cartons are watermarked, and the color is relatively single. Usually one or two colors are in the middle. Color printing is generally more than four colors. Before printing cardboard, the machine needs to be adjusted according to the size, and one or two core ears need to be printed to print the content and color size. Paperboard printing machine can slot at the same time, which is the most important project in the production process.

5. Packaging and warehousing. The last step is packing. Generally, five to ten boxes are grouped and packed with a baler. Put the cartons into storage according to the order quantity, and wait for the customer to pay for delivery.
