What are the embroidery techniques of "one Buddha and two bodhisattvas" in the Northern Wei Dynasty?

Embroidery is used in Buddhist art, and Xiu Xiang has superb skills. Among them, Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes found "One Buddha and Two Bodhisattvas" in the Northern Wei Dynasty, embroidered with the words "Eleven Years of Taihe" and "Yang Guangwang". Embroidered on yellow silk, linen sandwiched in silk, with red, yellow, green, purple and blue lines.

Embroidered Buddha statues, male and female diners, women's high-crowned embroidered clothes, peach-shaped "gold and silver patterns" on cardigans, fine "lock embroidery needles", "grass rolls", "vows" and spare lining on the side ornaments.

The decorative pattern of flag lace is "open embroidery", embroidered with overlapping circular patterns and turtle back patterns. There are four "gold and silver patterns" in the circle, which overlap with the back pattern of the turtle. The circle is blue, white and yellow, honeysuckle is yellow, blue and green, and the turtle's back is purple and white.

Form a changeable geometric pattern, the lines are smooth, and the needle potential changes with the running direction of various lines. Use two-color or three-color vignetting color matching to enhance the image texture effect. "One Buddha and Two Bodhisattvas" is an embroidery treasure in the Six Dynasties.
