How to understand "getting angry and getting cold"

So what is the upper coke, what is the lower coke and what is the fire cold? I took a member from Guangxi to see Uncle Kun the other day. When Uncle Kun diagnosed her, he said this sentence that we often heard: "There is fire in the upper coke and cold in the lower coke". After I saw uncle Kun's technique, I suddenly felt a lot smoother. How did Uncle Kun do it? This is another story. Let's first look at the relevant knowledge about Sanjiao, which is very helpful for us to understand this sentence. Because the middle coke is blocked, there is fire in the upper coke and cold in the lower coke. The upper jiao and lower jiao in traditional Chinese medicine are all derived from the "triple jiao". So what is triple energizer? Friends who are familiar with the meridians of traditional Chinese medicine all know the triple energizer meridian of hand shaoyang. Triple energizer is also mentioned in heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney, as well as small intestine, gallbladder, stomach, large intestine, bladder and six fu organs. So what exactly is "triple energizer"? How to divide the upper, middle and lower triple energizers? What is triple energizer? As one of the six internal organs, it is the general name of the upper, middle and lower triple energizer. Physicians in past dynasties have different understandings of the meaning of the word "Jiao". Some people think that "coke" is regarded as "abscess", which is internal organs and tangible things; Some people think that the word "coke" is an invisible gas of fire, which can corrupt changes; Some people think that the word "jiao" is the word "chai", which means firewood, mallet and joint, and refers to the upper, middle and lower three sections or three regions of the human body. Neijing first put forward the name of Sanjiao as one of the six fu organs, and expounded its position and function. Due to the unclear discussion of some specific concepts of Sanjiao in Neijing, it is difficult to put forward the theory of Sanjiao's "name but invisibility" in the 25th and 30th editions of Difficult Classics, which leads to different opinions among later physicians. The focus of the debate is whether there is a substantive form. The so-called dispute between tangible and intangible refers to whether the triple energizer is a concrete organ that we can see. Or is it an invisible but real function? Recently, it has been suggested that triple energizer is invisible, not formless as people usually understand. Sanjiao has the functions of activating vitality, Shui Gu and regulating water and liquid, and its function is based on certain shape and quality. But this shape is not a specific and definite organ tissue, but a summary of some organ tissues and their functions. Therefore, I personally agree that the triple energizer is invisible, and figuratively speaking, "triple energizer" is actually a major passage of the human torso. Compared with the meridian, it mainly walks on the limbs, taking two lanes in two directions, and the triple energizer takes eight lanes in two directions on the human trunk. Therefore, getting through the triple energizer is more important than getting through any meridian. Because triple energizer contains most meridians. If the meridian is a branch line, then the triple energizer is the trunk line. Now that we know the definition of triple energizer, how to divide the area of triple energizer? ■ The so-called "part triple energizer" theory holds that triple energizer is not an independent zang-fu organ, but a special concept used to divide human parts and zang-fu. According to the difference between triple energizer and lower energizer, the human body is divided into three physiological and pathological regions, namely upper, middle and lower energizer, and the important internal organs of the human body are under the jurisdiction of these three regions respectively. There are also different views on how to divide the three areas of the human body and its internal organs. ① Divide the chest and abdomen into upper, middle and lower regions: Neijing has roughly described the positions and boundaries of the upper, middle and lower triple energizers. The original text generally points out that the upper diaphragm is the upper jiao, the stomach is the middle jiao, and the lower jiao is below the stomach. "Thirty-one Difficult Classics" takes the diaphragm as the upper middle jiao boundary and the epigastric cavity as the lower middle jiao boundary. The positions of the upper, middle and lower triple energizer have been defined: the upper energizer is in the upper diaphragm, the middle energizer is in the lower navel, and the lower energizer is in the lower navel. ② The human body is divided into upper, middle and lower regions: "The Interior of Eastern Medicine" says: "The upper focus is from the head to the heart, the middle focus is from the heart to the umbilical cord, and the lower focus is from the umbilical cord to the foot." In recent years, some periodical documents and Chinese medicine textbooks also follow this view. However, according to the argument that the zang-fu organs are located in the chest, hypochondrium and abdomen in Ling Zhang Shu Lun, and the specific application of the concept of triple energizer in clinic, it is inappropriate to classify the head, face and limbs as triple energizer. ③ The understanding of the viscera of the upper, middle and lower triple energizer is the same, but the liver belongs to different viscera. That is, the upper chest, including the heart and lungs; Anatomically speaking, the upper abdomen of middle jiao should include spleen, stomach, liver and gallbladder; Lower coke and lower abdomen, including kidney, bladder, small intestine and large intestine. Since Neijing, there are two views that the liver belongs to the middle jiao and the liver belongs to the lower jiao. The theory that the liver belongs to the middle jiao, for example, The Theory of Ling Zhang Shu points out that the liver is big, the liver is oblique and the hypochondriac pain, and the liver should be located in the middle jiao. In the pulse diagnosis method of Neijing and Pulse Meridian by Wang Shuhe in Jin Dynasty, the liver should be excluded, and it belongs to middle energizer. Bing Wang's annotation in Su Wenjin Kui Yan Zhen clearly pointed out: "The liver is the yang organ, located in the middle jiao, and the yang resides in the yin, so it is also the yang in the yin." In terms of site division, the liver belongs to the middle jiao. In the Tang Dynasty, Sun Simiao said, "Lower energizer ... cures the diseases of liver and kidney". In the book "Deficiency of Liver and Tianjin Prescription Yao Juan San Jiao", the treatment is that "heat will be diarrhea in the liver, and cold will be tonifying the kidney." When commenting on Su Wenzhi's Theory of Truth, Bing Wang said, "All those who stagnate are subject to the law", and "the law refers to the qi of liver and kidney." As for Wu Jutong's Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases in Qing Dynasty, after a series of liver diseases in the late stage of epidemic febrile diseases were classified into the lesion range of lower jiao, the lower jiao of liver became the concept of syndrome differentiation, which is still often used in clinical syndrome differentiation. Therefore, it is mainly a dialectical concept that the liver is under the scorch, not that the liver is under the navel. Personally, I agree with the third classification of triple energizer: upper energizer chest, including heart and lung; Anatomically speaking, the upper abdomen of middle jiao should include spleen, stomach, liver and gallbladder; Lower coke and lower abdomen, including kidney, bladder, small intestine and large intestine. Qu Limin's view of three contacts is quite unique. She thinks that Sanjiao is equivalent to the suspension system of a car. You can also learn about the anatomical lymphatic system of the human body. What is the function of triple energizer? ■ Total function of triple energizer ① vitality. The theory that the triple energizer can activate its vitality was first seen in the classics. For example, it is hard to say: "The way of triple energizer, the way of Shui Gu, the end of qi." Thirty-eight is hard to say: "Therefore, there are six fu organs, which are called triple energizer, which are different from the original qi and dominate the qi." Sixty-six is hard to say: "The triple energizer is also different from the primordial energy, which governs the three qi and experiences the five internal organs." The original text clearly shows that the triple energizer is the way for the vitality of the human body to rise and fall, and the vitality of the human body reaches the internal organs and various parts of the body through the triple energizer. Vitality is the most fundamental qi of human body and the motive force of life activities. The primordial qi is rooted in the kidney, enters the twelve meridians through the triple energizer and reaches the internal organs, so it is called triple energizer. China's Tibetan Scriptures describe the physiological function of Sanjiao's primordial qi in more detail about the syndrome of deficiency, deficiency, cold, heat, life and death of Sanjiao: "The three-dimensional qi of Sanjiao people, also known as the house of Zhongqing, always leads the qi of internal organs, camp and defense, meridians, inside and outside, left and right, and up and down. The triple energizer is connected to the inside, the outside, the left and the right, and it is also connected to the whole body, and it doesn't stop there. " Because the triple energizer flows through the whole body, it is the channel through which the qi of the human body moves up and down, and also the place where it is gasified, so the triple energizer has the functions of controlling qi movement, managing the qi of the whole body and gasifying. If the vitality is weak, the triple energizer meridians will not run smoothly or decline, and there will be qi deficiency in the whole body or a certain part. 2 gu. Su Wenjin Chamber is called one of the "Six Houses" and Su Wen's Theory of Five Zangs is called "Communication Room", which has the function of communication. Su Wen's Six Sections on Tibetan Elephants says: "Sanjiao ... the base of the granary, the residence of the camp, is also called the device, which can turn the dross into dross and turn the taste out." It is pointed out that it has the function of turning subtle into qi and promoting its dross. Difficult Classics clearly puts forward the Shui Gu function of triple energizer. For example, it's hard to say: "Three Jiao, the road to Shui Gu, the end of Qi. The upper jiao is located under the heart, under the diaphragm and at the upper mouth of the stomach, but not in the main body. ..... Moderately burned people will have epigastric pain, and if they can't get up, they can't get down, leading to Shui Gu decomposition. ............................ ..................................................................................................................................................... The whole process of Shui Gu's movement and ending of qi in human body, including the digestion of diet, the absorption of subtle substances and the excretion of dregs, can be summarized by "Shui Gu Road, for the triple energizer". According to the different positions of the upper, middle and lower triple cokes, their functions in Shui Gu operation are also different. There are specific descriptions that the upper coke dominates the feeding, the middle coke dominates the decomposition and the lower coke dominates the turbid discharge. This is to summarize the functions of digestion, absorption and excretion of food and beverage by running Shui Gu through triple energizer. (3) running water. Triple energizer is the main channel for human body to run water and liquid, which is discussed in Neijing in many places. For example, Su Wen's Secret Code of Linglan said: "Sanjiao is the official who decides blasphemy, and the waterway is unexpected." "The Book of Lingshu" said: "The triple energizer is the fu-organ of the middle blasphemy, and the waterway is impassable, which belongs to the bladder and is also a solitary fu-organ." It shows that Sanjiao is the organ of human body to manage water and liquid, and it has the functions of dredging waterways and running water and liquid. Water-liquid metabolism of human body is a complex physiological process, which is a comprehensive function of a series of physiological functions of multiple organs. For example, Su Wen's "On the Differentiation of Classics" said: "Drinking in the stomach will overflow the essence; If you drink in the spleen, your temper will disperse essence; If you drink in the lungs, you will pass through the waterway, and then you will lose in the bladder meridian, and the five meridians will be parallel. " Although the metabolism of water and liquid is coordinated by the stomach, spleen, lung, kidney, intestine, bladder and other viscera, the fluctuation of water and liquid and the circulation of the whole body must be realized through the triple energizer. Therefore, whether the three-way waterway is unblocked or not will not only affect the slow running speed of water and liquid, but also inevitably affect the distribution and excretion function of related viscera. It can also be said that the triple energizer running water is a comprehensive summary of water-liquid metabolism of spleen, lung, kidney and other viscera. If the triple energizer waterway is unfavorable, it will be difficult for the spleen, lungs, kidneys and other zang-fu organs to regulate water and fluid, resulting in disorder of water and fluid metabolism, obstruction of water and fluid transport and excretion, and phlegm and edema. As "Jing Zangxiang" said: "The upper focus is not healed, and the water overflows the plateau; If the coke in the middle is not solidified, water will stay in the middle; The lower coke is not cured and the water is chaotic. " ■ Three-focus function In front of us, we explained in detail the overall function and role of the three-focus. Below, let's explain in detail the functions of each "coke" of triple energizer. (1) If there is fog on the coke. According to the classification of triple energizer, the upper energizer mainly refers to the chest, including the heart and lungs. The heart is in charge of the blood, pushing the blood to run around the whole body. The lung governs qi, spreads and clears it, and spreads Shui Gu's essence to the whole body. Therefore, the physiological function of Shangjiao is mainly to transport subtle Shui Gu (qi and blood). For example, Lingshu Jueqi said: "The hair on the top of the coke will promote the taste of grains, fumigate the skin, replenish the body and moisten the hair, and if the fog is dew-drenched ..." Lingshu Nutrition Health Club also summarized as "the focus is like fog". The so-called "fog-like" means that qi and blood act on the heart and lungs of the upper energizer, just like fog and dew, irrigating and warming the viscera and tissues of the whole body. In addition, The Difficult Classic holds that the upper corner has the function of accepting Shui Gu. For example, it's hard to say, "Sanjiao is the road to Shui Gu ...". The upper focus is under the heart, under the diaphragm and at the upper mouth of the stomach, not in the main body. "(2) A medium coke is like a cup (úu). The middle energizer mainly refers to the upper abdomen, including spleen, stomach, liver, gallbladder and other internal organs. Stomach governs putrefaction, spleen governs transport and transformation, liver and gallbladder governs excretion, and secretes and excretes bile to help digestion. Therefore, Zhongjiao has the function of digesting, absorbing and transferring subtle water into the valley and transforming qi and blood. " Lingshu Nutrition Health Club said: "The middle energizer ... here, those who receive qi secrete dregs, steam body fluid, refine them, inject them into the lung veins, and turn them into blood to sacrifice their lives. "The function of the medium coke is summarized as" the medium coke is like retting ". Lu, it means to soak. The so-called "rulu" refers to the function of the spleen and stomach of the middle jiao to decompose and transport Shui Gu, and then generate qi and blood. " Difficult classics also holds this view. For example, on the 3rd1day, it is hard to say: "People with moderate burns will have indigestion in their stomachs, they will not be able to get up or get down, and the LORD will rot Shui Gu. "(3) the lower focus is like blasphemy (dú). Lower jiao mainly refers to the lower abdomen, including kidney, bladder and large and small intestine. " "Thirty-one Difficult Classics" said: "Lower focus ... the Lord is clear and turbid, and the Lord goes out but does not enter to preach. "That is to say, the main physiological function of lower energizer is to guide dregs and excrete two stools. Dregs are excreted from the large intestine and urine is excreted from the bladder. For example, "Lingshu Nutrition Society" said: "Those with lower coke should not enter the ileum, but should be injected into the bladder and seep into the bladder. Therefore, people in Shui Gu often live together in the stomach, become dregs, descend to the large intestine and become lower energizer. It seeps down, secretes juice, and seeps into the bladder along the lower coke. "That is to say, the lower energizer has the function of excreting two stools. ■ Uncle Kun has solved the problem. Anyone who has read my book What's the matter with you knows Uncle Kun. Like Chen Yuqin, he is a self-taught masseur. He has been engaged in massage for more than 20 years, and must have massaged tens of thousands of times, and he has very rich practical experience in massage. Suiyuan comes from Guangxi. She went to college in Beijing before, and she is quite familiar with Beijing. Because I like keeping in good health and know the importance of dredging meridians, I often do massage. Last time I went to Guiyang to give a lecture, she ran over and insisted on seeing me. This shows her obsession with this stock. But she ran around, found countless masseurs and did many massages. What puzzles her is that her hands are hot, her body is full of vitality and she is as excited as a man, but her lower body is fat, especially her feet are cold. I took a special look at her feet, which were not only cold, but also pale and bloodless, and her nails were dull. I saw Uncle Kun massage her back first. Because of frequent massage, Suiyuan's back is really smooth and his muscle elasticity is good, but there are still many bruises. In particular, there are small red envelopes on both kidneys, indicating that kidney calculi. As luck would have it, she does have kidney calculi, who just had an attack a few days ago. Suiyuan couldn't understand why his hands were particularly hot and his feet were particularly cold. I'm full of energy. I never know I'm tired, but I'm uncomfortable. When she rolled over with her fate and Uncle Kun massaged her stomach, she finally found the problem. There is a big induration stuck under Suiyuan's heart. Uncle Kun said when he left with a scraper that the problem was found and blocked. I asked inexplicably, but my back is open. Uncle Kun said, yes, your Du meridian is indeed open. The Du meridian is in charge of the rise of yang, so your blood can flow at last, so you are full of energy. However, your vein is blocked and the blood can't flow back completely. So blood can't flow down to the ends of your limbs and feet, so your blood mainly goes to the upper energizer. Think about it, a person's blood is mainly concentrated in one area, this area has excess blood supply, and other areas will naturally be much worse. So because your middle focus is blocked, it will lead to fire in your upper focus and cold in your lower focus. Suiyuan seems to understand this truth slowly. I saw the scraper in Uncle Kun's hand flying up and down, and after scraping the pulse, it pressed the femoral artery, and the blood easily reached the foot. After this massage, Suiyuan immediately relaxed a lot, and at the same time, his hands were no longer so hot and his feet were no longer so cold. There is fire in the upper coke and cold in the lower coke. The main problem is that the coke in the middle is blocked. So when the middle jiao is opened, the upper and lower jiao will get used to it, and the qi and blood will form a complete cycle. It is said that it is very important to get through the second pulse of Ren Du, and I really saw it this time. Because the middle coke is blocked, the kidney can't get enough blood supply, and the metabolic ability will naturally deteriorate, and stones will naturally appear. The reason is so simple and profound, and it is really simple.
