Correct fastening method of taekwondo belt

3. Pull your hands evenly and forcefully to a proper degree of tightness, and turn one end of the lower belt over to make it arc-shaped.

4. Hold the other end of the belt with your left hand from bottom to top, exchange your hands, hold one end each, pull hard, arrange the knot, and let the belt hang gracefully.
