Kung Fu Panda was shot in which country?
However, some people feel the unique national culture from the movie Kung Fu Panda. Kung Fu movies, like Japanese animation culture and Bushido movies, belong to a unique film type in China. Both the fire at Honglian Temple in 1928 and later Bruce Lee experienced a century of reincarnation, and mainland directors blessed, developed and transformed Kung Fu movies. To many people, Kung Fu movies seem to be the unique product of China movies and the most representative symbol of China movies.
Therefore, when the film Kung Fu Panda was made, most people thought that this film could not represent the true essence of China Kung Fu. However, I don't think the original intention of the movie Kung Fu Panda is to show how profound the essence of Kung Fu is in China culture. When westerners shoot a film that belongs to China's traditional culture, what we see is only an understanding of China culture by westerners, while when we try to understand some ideas of westerners, the works we shoot are only the West in our eyes, so there will be some fundamental differences in understanding and interpretation of the film.
What we see from Kung Fu Panda may be westerners' understanding of China culture, but in fact, this film has a deeper understanding of China culture. So in my opinion, this film not only shows us the western understanding of China culture, but also shows us the charm of the real China culture that we should reflect on. But it is undeniable that we are still not sure what the real China element is. Even if the elements of China reconstructed by western countries are full of imagination, it is still difficult to be recognized.
